Sam

Sam is 22, loves socialising and working in the community and he has autism. We provide a range of supports to Sam so he can engage in his workplaces, be able to exercise, and get out and about socially in the community.  We’ve been supporting Sam for over four years and have really enjoyed watching his independence and confidence grow over time.

Sam’s family say: “You give Sam so many opportunities that we as a family, simply can not. For Sam, time spent with one of your staff means time filled with fun and purpose, in his local community where he is valued and appreciated. As parents, the peace of mind that comes with knowing he’s with people who understand and respect his individual needs can’t be overstated. We are all so grateful and absolutely recommend Midwest Community Living.”

Kristy & Judith

We support Kristy & Judith to live independently in their own home, providing assistance to build skills in everyday life activities including shopping, household chores and meal preparation to name a few.

Both Kristy and Judith have a wonderfully rich social life and enjoy attending an array of local community events and catching up with friends.  Kristy and Judith are supported to engage in their community in activities of their choice where they can meet new people, develop new skills and pursue their own individual interests and goals.
